yes
this time last year i was a perfectly fit and very strong landscape gardener with a perfect fiance and an idylic country cottage.
on the first of march i get tingling toes, on the fourth of april i was paraylised in hospital facing the possibilitie of never walking again due to a rare condition, i faced three months in hospital at least i was told
i was walking with a walking frame after 4 days, i was let out of hospital after 10 days, this taught me i have inner strength,
my beautiful fiance stood by me when i was mostly in wheelchair for 4 months, during which time she supported me emoitioinally, physically and financially.
Today i am back landscaping which i was told i would never do again!
i am stronger menatally, i am even more devoted to my amazing fiance, i am alot more patient.

I feel better than I did last year when me and my doc were still regulating new diabetes medicine. I have maintained a good weight. My hair is the same (not gray yet, tg) and I am NOT any more wrinkled. Also, TG! I am better off financially and I am happier. I am better at my jobs than I was last year, too. Plus I got a new car, woo hoo!

Oh yes. I was a complete scruffy bugger but now I'm listening to classical music and my avatar wears a suit. And I've stopped using much slang.
I'm not sure why.

I've gained half a stone, I'm a year older, I can't take hangovers as well as I used to, my concentration is failing... god forbid what I'll be like when I get to 30!

I wouldn't think so. I've always been the same old me. Unless you count getting a Yahoo account, then I guess I did change.
