how farr up does a balloon go ? And whare dose it go ?

It all depends, if it is filled with water it goes down. If it is filled with air it just stays there. If it is filled with hydrogen or helium it goes up different levels, depending on the gas. Be more specific in your question.

up to buoyancy force is 0,take for instance the density of the gas in the ballon is lighter, it'll stop until balloon density=air density.done.

As the balloon goes up, it encounters air at lower pressure, so it expands. Eventually, the balloon will burst when it can expand no more.

It depends on the elasticity of the ballon, what gas is making it float, air pressure, and what elevation you released it at. Basically, it all depends.
