I will be having a birthday party for my (almost) 6 year old daughter in a couple of weeks. The establishment that I am having it at (omega zone), has multiple stations and activities for kids of differing ages. Due to the fact that my guest list is kids ranging in ages from 3-8, it would impossible for me to tend 10 children safely. I don't care if all the parents stay, just as long as all the parents have arranged a shapparone for their child. How do I word this simply and politely to give parents the heads up that it will not be ok for them to just drop their child off.

I don't know- I've never heard of children's parents being required to stay for a party their children attend. I think you need to re-think your guest list and invite kids 5-6 years old, cut the guest list to a number you can manager, or change the place of the party. Otherwise, you'll have to plan a more adult party and allow parents to bring their kids.
