I don't think so. They screen their candidates for hard right beliefs before they hire them more than likely.

Oh c'mon. What a dopey question. This is like a David and Goliath battle. You have all the mainstream Liberal media outlets against little Fox News.
Bill O'Reilly's program is about news ANALYSIS. It's not supposed to be straight news. He helps people understand current events from his perspective, and that of his guests. Keep in mind that Bill has a very fair policy: he gives his guests THE FINAL WORD. They usually have 20-30 seconds to wrap it all up.
Compare that with the "straight" news programs. They'll edit out anything they don't like in an interview or on film footage just to get that one little misleading sound bite to serve their Liberal agenda.
I CHALLENGE YOU........... to watch Bill's program, THE O'REILLY FACTOR.
How about Hannity & Colmes? Heck, they're actually doing Liberals a favor by having Sean Hannity run off at the mouth all the time because he manages to make Alan Colmes look reasonable!
All things considered, FOX NEWS is absolutely the most objective, fair and balanced network. They INVITE people with opposing viewpoints on, and give them all the time they could ask for to present their ideas.
In contrast, you have the mainstream media. They spin everything. For example, even though the Abu Ghraib prisoner maltreatment was proven to be just some undisciplined soldiers having fun at the prisoner's expense, the New York Times ran at least 46 (I stopped counting) FRONT PAGE ARTICLES about it. The result is that, if you keep reading the same thing over and over, you just figure it was authorized by policy, which it was not.
How about President Bush's diplomatic coup with getting North Korea to agree to stop its Nuke program? While the Liberal press was mocking him for not giving into North Korea's demands that he conduct one on one talks with them, Bush stood firm, saying the six party talks were the solution.
Now they don't give him credit? Did you notice that?
Fair and Balanced? Watch Fox............. I DARE YOU.

No. Fox News thinks it is giving the public the truth. They think they are fulfilling their duties as a media agency. I don't think they are ashamed of themselves at all. They are providing a valuable view. If they weren't, their ratings wouldn't be so good.
The same question could be asked of CNN employees with liberal spin. I think they would give you the same answer.
It is well known that CNN tells liberals what they want to hear.
I don't think that any news network is objective. Neither should you. Every news agency wants you to think that only their news is objective. Apparently you have fallen for it.

Ask Dan RAther if he feels guilty about outright lying about President Bush's National Guard record? Probably not. Ask MoveON.org, and Michael Moore, Tom Brokaw, Katie Couric, Ted Turner and all his bootlickers at CNN, and every NBC reporter if they are ok with spreading the liberal agenda.
FOX News is the most honest news channel. If liberals hate it, it's because the truth hurts.

No. People who are committed to the spreading of the truth seldom feel guilt over anything other than their own personal failings.

They have no soul, that is why they don't feel guilty.
They are not ashamed of themselves, they probably believe what they say.
