Avoid purple - for some reason studies show that purple makes you less likely to get the offer (I don't know why).

When in doubt go conservative, a nice black or gray pant suit. Blouse that doesn't show cleavage (red is a good color). Conservative heels or kittens, wear hose, unless you are in Southern California or Arizona then no hose. Not too much jewelry (no bracelets - they make noise during the interview and can be distracting), no perfume. Hair off the face, but can be down or up.

Makeup is best simple and neutral vs. blue and pink.

Bring a small portfolio that holds a couple extra copies of your resume and references.

Smile, have good eye contact and be honest.

The link below is to an article titled, "Suitable Attire" and it offers clear suggestions for what to wear in an interview.

Women can wear just about any color suit, if it is a conservative style (no ho clothes) and if it fits correctly. Hopefully your resume and correspondence are more grammatically sound than your message here. If not, you have more work to do before you think about interviews. Good luck.

cream and brown combination either a skirt or trousers in brown and a cream shirt or top would be fine.
