Hot evening...but a small problem....?

We've been swingers for about a decade like I said on here before. Last night we had a get together with 2 other wonderful couples.

Well, at some point, one couple got upset about something and decided to leave. The second couple didn't want to. Niether of us have any idea what pissed them off...us or the other couple. It was kind of upsetting. Anyhow, the second couple, who they rode with, brought them back to their place and was on their way back when the first couple called and said they were comming back! I told them the second couple was on their way back too and the night had become dramatic and the second couple were a little upset by the drama too.

Anyhow, the story goes on and on.

What can I do to clear all this up?????? We like these people very much and want to keep them as friends.

have a telephone conversation with each couple separately, try to find what happened and who is involved, that must be first, it it was one of the other couples, tell the first couple you would like to act as a go between and try to salvage the situation, just use your common sense and relay to the ones at fault that they must make amends if they wish the group to continue if they refuse, you are sunk, but I dont believe that will happen, if it was from you or your spouse, get it fixed fast, make the other couple understand it will never happen again, and you want this to continue, so you have to fix it. and invite me to your next get together, i`m lots of fun, and thin I might make a perfect host/hostess, freeing you up too enjoy the festivities more...good luck

We've had friends create drama at another friends house before, and we just separated ourselves from it since we didn't create the drama. The drama couple apologized to us, which we accepted, then they had to apologize to the other couples that were there too. We are still all friends to this day. Everyone has issues now and then, it's how they're dealt with that makes the difference.

I honestly would post this question over on The Swingers Board forums where you'll get some answers from those experienced in swinging.
