They probably upgraded it, since google bought it. Just go to Java.com and download the latest version,

it happens sometimes. it happens when i try to go on things like msn messenger. try again the next day or log off your computer and log back in about 5 min. later.

It happens to me sometimes. I just go to tools on the top of the browser (where theres file, edit, view, etc.), delete internet files, and restart my computer.
tools>internet options>delete files
