Personally?
I'd have a little bit of everything... just so I can say I've sampled everything and have enjoyed enough of what the world has to offer for food...
but if I were forced to choose... I'd have to go with oriental cuisine... the various types of squids, octopus (octopi?), sushis, rices, ramen, and all the other dishes that are so delicious... just not the americanized versions served in buffets and small diners all over the US...
As for last words...
those depend on the situation and mood...
if I'm with someone I care for, it'll be something heartfelt and genuine, with my special brand of humor...
if it was just the common passer by that was looking at me while I was enjoying my food... it could be anything from "shut up... I'm eating", to "GO AWAY! I want to eat and die without you."
if I was in front of a large group though... I'd say something like... "Hey God... ready or not here I come..."

Last words - Probably "I'm sorry" because I would have really hurt someone.

Ok... If it's got to happen.... I'd go for asparagus soup first, followed by deep fried battered cod and chips fried to crispy fatty perfection, mushy peas and curry sauce, fried bread and fried hash browns, mushrooms and a thick cumberland ring sausage, Newcastle Brown Ale and then Banana fritters with strawberry sauce and cold custard.
My last words...
Tell my daughter I loved her completely, deeply and constantly, tell my brother he was my best freind throughout... And don't forget to feed my cat !

Heck, tell them you simply can't decide. I mean, you really like steak and lobster and honestly can't decide on a last meal. Can they really drag you down that last mile without granting that meal?
If done right, you could work that out and drag it on and on...one month...three...six....two years! Lie detectors, truth serum, anything. Imagine the headlines:
CONDEMNED MAN CAN'T DECIDE LAST MEAL
It would be great. But, after about seven years, you really ARE an honest person, and you decide. You say, give me the steak...and then they ask you, how would you like that cooked?.....you say....
