I had a lot to drink one night and apparently blacked out. I woke up the next day at a really seedy motel (in the lobby) wearing a mens speedo and had a lot of sharpie written all over me.

Uh, no. Sounds like you need to lay off the Xanax, benzodiazaprines such as xanax, valium, klonopin, etc. will cause you do do things and not remember them, especialy when you mix them with alchohol.
