I know that the Log Cabin Republicans are an organized gay segment of the Republican party. Is their a Democrat version? Or is the percentage of gay Democrats too small?

Is there a group of log cabin Democrats?

Because democrats still believe in individual freedom from social pressure, to the point of supporting alternatives to the norm against what would otherwise be a stifling monochrome atmosphere. A homosexual harms no one, so it is a normal lifestyle to Democrats, and if homosexuality is in the minority, then it must be protected from the ravages of greater society. Republicans, tainted with Christian morality, believe in imposing laws on personal lives, especially in sexually-charged areas, and condem everything different from an artificially-constructed norm.

Because it is a normal lifestyle for homosexuals.

They don't believe it is normal, (It is only normal if a large majority of a population practices that), but they cannot go saying it is abnormal because many people would take offense to that. To say one is not normal has evolved into almost an insult in our current society because of our need to conform. They cannot risk offending anyone because the people that they would be offending are probably their biggest supporters (those that favor individual rights and think it is no one's business what you do as long as it doesn't violate anyone else's rights)
So it's more like they are trying to be politically correct rather than that they believe in homosexuality.

Understand, I am not a gay basher, in fact I am in support of gay rights. However, I do maintain that gayness is not a normal behavior. It is a known and naturally occuring behavior, but not normal. Most people are heterosexual, so the norm is heterosexuality. Like most people would say that having red hair is not the norm because most people don't have it, but it doesn't mean it is a basis to discriminate by, nor not natural. It is merely a minority that posses this trait, so it cannot be classified as the norm.

Loving somebody "in that way" who's a similar gender as you is prevalent, you adore who you adore, staggering? What i detect weird and wonderful is the sexual area of it, shoving issues up places the place issues pop out and should no longer be shoved, etc.? Like, with "gay" adult men tremendously, it confuses me simply by fact like, there's a g spot in mens bums, staggering?( So, in one way, specific, this is weird and wonderful to bum somebody, yet then, the g spot is of their bums, so why no longer? Lol. besides, i might basically shop it to your self, i know how frustrating it relatively is once you won't be in a position to precise you're perspectives simply by fact human beings bypass ape shiiit on you, besides the undeniable fact that this is extra desirable to easily shop it to your self and or close pals. Who are not gay.

Because it is. It is perfectly normal and perfectly natural. It occurs in animal populations (TIME magazine recently did an article on gay rams).

A better question would be why do conservatives believe that gay marriage should be outlawed? The only reason that they can give for being against it is that their religion states that homosexuality is wrong. Why do they feel that they should be able to turn this archaic prejudice into a law that applies to the entire nation, despite the fact that the first amendment of the Constitution creates disestablishment of religion?

Who says? Whether they do or don't believe is not the issue. Democrats would pass a low proclaiming the sky is green if it would get them a few dozen more votes. Simple pandering.
