There's no such thing as "neo-cons". Liberals use this word as an insult because they love to call people names and insult them.

Giuliani is socially a liberal. Why wouldn't he be? He's from New York!

Giuliani is a liberal, not a neo-con. Either way, he's not evidence of anything. He's running for presiden, he hasn't even won the nomination yet so it could turn out that he is completely rejected by conservatives. I disagree with him on all social issues, as most Republicans do, but he understands the importance of the war on terror and he wants smaller government.

The Neocons are defunct as a movement. No one will ever listen to them again. Giuliani is a moderate Republican, not a neocon.

that is a bunch of garbage there is no liberal vs conservative democrat vs republican its two heads of the same hydra both sides are working to destroy the middle class our rights and serve corporate fascism and the banking elite who controls our fiat currency and federal reserve that is a privet bank
