the ALT 0191 didn't work!!!!

Just hold Alt while typing 0191 ¿¿¿
¿ It works for me! I am using wind XP Professional and I use the numbers on the left of the keyboard not the numbers above the letters. ¿ ¿ Using the number key pad and alt both on the right of the keyboard you can make different symbols such as
alt 1234 = ╥
alt 1235 = ╙
alt 0147 = “
alt 0159 = Ÿ
alt 2583 = ↨

Go to Start-Programs-Accessories-System Tools-Character Map, and theres many different characters you can choose from including the upside down question mark.
