I got a brand new ink pad today as a gift and when I opened it, it was completely dried out. What is the correct way to get it to work again?

Most craft stores that sell scrap booking products carry bottles of stamp ink to renew your pads. It is a plastic bottle with a dauber on the end. You squeeze the bottle until the ink comes out the top, then rub it back and forth over the pad. Keep doing this until the pad is saturates with ink.

If you got it as a gift take it back to who gave it to you and stick it up there you know what and tell that person not to be so cheap and get you that is not all dried out you might tell the person that you want one that cost more than 25 cents.
