Do you think the New York Times is a "Tool" of the left, or is this just an exception?

Do you think that news organizations, in general, are biased in favor of left wing dictators and Communists, or is this just an abberation?

It's a FACT. Most of the major newspapers are anti-American, anti-Bush, anti- Fox News, anti-Christian, and anti-Iraqi war. Now, this is all in GENERAL terms. To put up smoke screens, the will periodically have a pro article of one of the above. Yes, most all of the major news media in the USA are left wing supporters. Doubt me? When you see, read or hear a news story, read between the lines and see what they are saying. If they would just report the news as to who, what, where, when, and how and leave out their interpretation of why, they would be OK. They are also very selective regarding what they report. A large percentage of their stories are negative to the right wing. They also report things as fact that are lies.

I don't believe the NY Times is that biased. Certainly no more than Fox network is bias the other direction. If one consults several media and then decides that is best. Both sides have media being bias but reading or hearing sourses from both sides and settling on the middle gives the most truth. I have found Reuters to be pretty fair and unbiased. It is on of several sourses I look to for information. If you look at only one you will be biased. So many people do because they can't handle the truth.

I'm not sure if they're left-leaning or just oppositional to whoever is in power. I suspect it is the latter. In any case, I think that accusations of the "liberal media" are overblown.
