I don't know about the smartest in the world. But Albert Einstein was quite intelligent. I would also have to say that Engineers and Scientist are a few of the most intelligent people on this planet.
Without them, humans would of never been able to go into space, walk on the moon, and have transportation.

THE KING OF ISRAEL. God made rule of him that the ruler of Israel are the smartest of their generation and out of all the kingdoms of the world ruled.. God is the ruler of all Universe and of all living, ther is none of us of more ruler than God. God created everything, not humans.
