OK, so whenever I donload something it goes up 99% and then it says its building output file and then it says it cannot be downloaded. I don't know why. I keep on going back but it does the same thing.
Can you help? THANKS

Do you have something earlier than Windows XP? I ask because Internet Explorer 7 only works with XP and later.

what type of file is it? cuz it might just be the file and not your computer, try downloading something else to see if that works, then if it does its probably not your computer. Try doing a defragmenting on your computer

google the exact error and put "" around it... most any error you get has been posted on google and has solution, remember to type it exactly and put quotaitons around it.. if that does not work take the quotations out and get a little more general...

Do you have windows service pack 2 if not down load it from windows

um probaly..something wrogn with the website k..and try a reliable websitre..like www.download.com
