When you eat a diet high in salt you retain water, and you can retain it under your eyes causing bags as well, dont eat a lot of salt. Also, get enough sleep, and try creams and cool eye masks to make the swelling go down. Cucumber or aloe vera will also do the trick. Slice a cool cucumber and place over your eyes for about 30 minutes. And chamomile tea works, too. Put a tea bag in warm water to activate the tea, take it out, squeeze it, and put it over your eyes.

this sounds strange but it works! Soak 2 teabags in some hot water for approx 5 minutes, then lay them on some paper towel or tissue. when they have dried out (this will take about 20 mins) wash your face and put one over each eye.... leave on for about 10 mins and the baggy eyes will dissapear! don't forget to wash your face afterwards though....good luck!

since you are 17, i would'nt go for a rejuvenating or anti-wrinkle cream, as this will be very strong for your young skin. instead, try somethign natural. i recommend givign yourself a good face mask twice a week, complete with cucumber slices. don't let the cucumbers get warm, instead keep them cool by turning them over, and using more if necessary. also, drink lots of plain water as part of your normal intake, and get a lot of sleep. it really works, plus its a good excuse to relax every now and then.
