I plan to major in International Relations, and I'm trying to locate colleges with a focus on IR instead of just offering one or two courses in that field.

I got my BA in IR from University of Delaware. It's a great program.

John Hopkins has an awesome International Studies program. If you go to any of the big schools in DC they will have a good program. The University of Washington (State) also has a great program.

I know that Tufts has a great program, as does Georgetown.
