There are some breeds that do stay relatively little (if you are looking for a pocket-sized piglet, I've got nothing for you! :D ) There is a breed within the Potbellies that are about 50 lb.
Try your local farm animal rescue. There are some pig-related websites too.

None that I know of. Even the cute little potbellied piglets grow up to be huge.
Make sure you do a lot of research before getting any kind of pet. Getting an animal because it's cute, especially a non-conventional type of pet like a pig, can be a disaster. You have to take them to a special vet, as farm vets will treat them like a farm animal, not a pet, and those are more expensive. Then you have the food, supplies and basic upkeep of the animal. Know your stuff before commiting to a pet.

Cute? That's strictly a judgement call
but there are oriental pigs - Vietnamese? - that stay small and in some places have become popular as pets. Sorry I can't be more precise but during this Year of the Pig, I would think they would be easy to find....

No, I don't think so unless the is some kind of wild pig that you couldn't get. Even the Pot Belly pigs get pretty large.

try a potbellied pig. They are great pets and stay pretty small. Most pigs grow huge for eating (I'm a vegetarian, so i don't believe in that) but potbellies are bred to be pets look at this website.

if cuteness is all you want, then you don't need a pig. they are a big responsibility, and you need to know more about their care, than just how cute they are.
