I wanna speak about the sun in a photo of sunset... Which time do i have to use to express my meaning?
I wanna to say: I like how the sun fills the atmosphare by orange color.
but I'm not sure about the present simple!

I would say

"I like how the sun fills the atmosphere WITH orange color"

or if you mean to diversify, and mention how there is different shades of orange,let off by the sun (which there is, if you pay attention and look closely) you can say:

I like how the sun fills the atmospehere with orange colors
(or)
I like how the sun fills the atmospehere with the colors of orange.
(if you want to sound more dreamy/poetic).

Present tense is perfectly acceptable. However, I suggest using "with" instead of "by."
