My family calls the pinching that we do with our toes "ellie pinching" because my grandma taught us all how to do it. I can feed myself with my toes too, but that's a trick few get to see.

No.. I can't do that.
Years ago, I remember there was a kid who had lost his arms from something maybe born that way, anyway, he could use his toes and feet much like we use our hands.
He could write, draw, handle things.(hmm. maybe that is footle. LOL) Really quite proficiently too.
I guess if all we had to work with was our toes and feet, we would adapt too, and it's just a matter of training I'd say.

Wow... can't write with mine. But, sure can pick up stuff with them... thats when I'm feeling to lazy to bend over and pick it up. But ya, writing with them is... something else.
