Garbage disposer making funny noises.?

Question

Its a weird kinda grinding noise. I unplugged it and stuck my hand down there and found a nipple and nothing else. We've only had it maybe 2 yrs anyone know what this could be?

If you haven't got a spoon or something down there then there's either something very small in the blades or the blades have come loose. You have more guts than I have, after working on a thousand disposers I still won't stick my hand down one. Use a flash light and look.
