Nope - for something to fall, it has to have some material substance.
There is no such thing as "sky" - it's a general term used to designate that which is above our heads, but there is no physical object you can hold or take a piece of.
Since, in physical terms, the sky does not exist, therefore it cannot be falling.
See? One less thing to worry about.
