i just registered on their website but i still dont know how to view it. instead it shows me a example. i think i need to sign up to view the the bill but i dont know how to do that. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!

It depends on how you got your contract. If you bought it online via the o2 website the bill will be emailed to you if you are using an o2 email address . If its a new contract taken about about a week ago then there won't be a bill generated yet. You need to go to log on and go to my account and click on view my account.
If you got the contract in an o2 shop or a high street shop then your bill will be sent to you through the post. But would ring o2 and they will take you through it step by step.

After registering, it prompts you that it can take a few days before the online view is available.

If you got your contract from CPW (CarPhoneWareHouse) you wont be able to see the contract details. First you need to register yourself on CPW website and then only you would be able to access your mobile contract details

once you have signed in, on the left hand side you should see " view my bill " click on this and it should take you to your bill details.

I get mine in the post. Use the 'contact us' section on the website to ask them directly.
