My Mum and Dad first and last - they were there for me my whole life..they nutured me as a baby, fed, clothed and looked after me until I was an adult.. they were unpaid cleaners, cooks, taxi -drivers etc and worst of all I never appreciated them properly until I became a parent myself..
Your parents are the people who love you more than any one and who sacrifice more than any of us can fathom to give us a better life than them - so always (unless in cases of abuse/neglect etc) the very least we can do is appreciate them for it.

i most appreciate my 2 sons. they are why i love. they are the reason my heart beats. no1 can understand the love you can have for your own child until they are there in front of you. they are part of you. i love the way they look up to me and help me when im down. want acuddle when they are sad and cuddle me when i am. i appreciatte them for giving me the chance to be a good mom and show them what true love is. x

I appreciate the fact I am healthy and able to do anything I would like to do. sometimes its the most simple things in life that we take for granted, those are the things we should appreciate.

my husband we have been married for 53 years and I have always been first in his life, he is a gentle soul and soft spoken and very easy to get along with, I think it is because he was raised by gentle women ,any way he always tries to make my life happy and he does.I love him more today then the day we got married.

My mother...because she's always been there for me and loves me unconditionally (which rarely occurs outside parent/child relationships).
