We dont all think we are Damon Hill and we know what an indicator is. Thats why our car insurance is cheaper.

lol....Im a woman and I have to disagree with that. I see so many bad woman drivers. Just saw one yesterday. I was amazed that she didnt cause an accident. It was unreal what she did. I think Im a good driver. Ive never caused an accident, but Ive been rearended by a cop before. lol, Go figure.*

My husband and I play this game while driving. When someone does something stupid in front of us he says, "lady driver and I say man driver". We then get where we can see if the driver is a man or women.
Most elderly men and woman are terrible drivers so that is about even. T
Middle to older age females tend to be the slow annoying drivers in front of you and the males tend to be the crazies driving around you.
I think the 40 and under men and women tend to be about the same kind of drivers with the man being a bit more aggressive on the highway.
This tends to be what we observe in our area of the state.

Personally I think that while younger males tend to be more aggressive, females tend to panic a little easier in an emergency situation.
I find the whole lower insurance rates thing to be sexist and offensive. Where I live we have one insurance company that will only accept female customers.
I've seen idiotic drivers on both side of the gender spectrum. So I can't defend either.

Yes, it's back to the old Who's the better driver, but I'm going to say women of course, now some answers from men will say differant. But, what about the MALE JCB driver that came out of a building yard, straight into the side of my car, showering me with glass, missing my head by inches, and writing my car off. NOW who's the better driver.

No they bloody well aren't! I am a woman and I think I am an exception as I can actually park my vehicle. However, my friends can't reverse or park their silly little cars.
Most women also prefer to drive enormous cars...BADLY. Mums are by far the worst, in their jeeps on the school run.
I will not defend women. I am aware that not all men are fab drivers but at least they can park their vehicle without crying!

I don't think they're better drivers, I think women are more cautious drivers than men and consequently have fewer accidents.
Sometimes I drive really well....and sometimes I drive like a muppet. Can't explain why. (I just have to put it down to that time of the month as there seems to be no other explanation!)

MMMM. tell that to the 19 year old woman who totalled my fiat while i was driving my kids to school while she was at 50 miles an hour and she though it would be a great time to fix her make-up in the mirror at the same time as trying to over take a bus.
