This question was asked a couple of days ago. The answer is the same. ANY lawsuit for paternity and support of a minor child must be filed prior to the childs 18 th birthday. If it was not done mom is out of luck.
If paternity was established and a support order entered some time ago there may be an arrearage and your mother can collect the money. It would go to her as SHE provided for you (unless the state provided support). If the state provided for you then the money ordered goes to repay the state for your support.
It is up to your mother to proceed.

You are not and never were entitled to child support. Your mom was. But now that you are 18 and out of high school she is only entitled to back, court ordered support. But if no support was ever court ordered, than,,,sorry. If you are low income there are plenty of scholarships and grants out there. FAFSA is the major one and you can apply on-line. If still in high school, go to your guidence office for info or go to a counselor at the college. Most anyone who wants to go to college can if they hunt down all that is available to them. Good luck.

If there was a court order for child support, and he is in arrears, that money is owed to your mother, not to you.
If there was never an order,it is too late now.You are now an adult and no longer eligible for child support.

Depending on where you reside with the child, you need to contact the Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement Unit. They should be able to steer you in the right direction.

your mother should have gone after him for YOU.
Suggest you contact your dad and ask him for the help he was obliged to give your mom for YOU. if he is a decent person he will help you willingly.
if he is not a worthy person file a suit against him with the judge judy show. or in small claims court.
good luck
