my period is not due for another 2 weeks,but my nipples are so sore and tender,and my last period only lasted for 4 days could i be pregnant?

thats how i knew i was pregnant with all 3 of mine that and back ache id wait until about 4-5 days before your due and get a clearblue pregnancy test

You could be. If you dont normally experience sore breasts/nipples due to PMT before your period then it can indicate pregnancy. Some women when pregnant still experience periods throughout or some (as you describe) experience a shorter, lighter bleed around the time their period was due. This is caused by the fertilised egg implanting itself in your uterus. Buy a home pregnancy test, if you are pregnant it sounds like you could have been for a few weeks so it should show up on the test. If it comes out negative but you are still in doubt go to your doctor who can carry out a blood test which can detect pregnancy as early as a few days after conception. You may also find it usefull to find your local family planning clinic (look on internet) they can carry out a free pregnancy test for you & also offer advice if the news of possible pregnancy comes as a shock to you. That depends if you've had sex!!! Can you think of time you could have had an accident? Sore nipples can be a sign your period is due, but it can also be a sign that you are pregnant. A test won't work until your period is due, or you can get them that show 4 days early. The best thing that you can do is go to your doctors.
The amount of time your last period lasted wouldn't mean you are pregnant. A change in diet, lifestyle or stress levels can affect that.

yes, you very well could be pregnant. Sore nipples, and a light period are 2 of very many symptoms that you can experience during pregnancy.
It was about 2 weeks before my missed period, when i was having very sore nipples, and my breasts were really heavy too. I also was getting pains in each side of my stomach, like down by where my ovaries are. And i didnt think anything of it, until i missed my period, and i knew that it wasnt cramps or anything. Also it didnt even feel like cramps, just sharp short pains.
Try a test, after you have missed your period. but remember, tests are not always 100% accurate. In fact, i took 3 pregnancy tests when i first thought that i was pregnant. The first test was positive. Then i thought that i would buy just 2 more tests, just incase, to make sure that i was really pregnant. So i took both of the tests, and they were negative. I was so confused, so i went to the health department, and they gave me one of their pregnancy tests there, and they told me that i truely was pregnant. And now i have a beautiful baby girl, she is only 2 weeks.

Four days sounds fairly normal. It's possible to have some light bleeding while you're pregnant but four days of an otherwise normal period doesn't sound like pregnancy to me. Your nipples being sore might have to do with your irregular period from last month. Sounds like you have some hormonal things going on. Try taking a pregnancy test! If that comes up negative, call your doctor to find out what could be going on.

There is allways a chance if you have intercourse. But it is normal to have tender nipples with hormone changes from time to time. Wait till you next period and if it is still different from your normal go seek a Doctor. I just think taking a preganacy test would be a waste of money and worries you do not need.

well the nipples getting sore is a sign and your period thing after having sex sometimes your period comes late mine did and i thought the same thing but i waited like 2 weeks and it finally came on but like after a week if it dont then u might want to ask your doctor or get a pregnacy test there not always accurate but they are 98.9% useful

I definitely think it's possible, but I know my nipples get sore when I'm ovulating too. In any case, I would buy a test were I you. :-)

If your last period was more like spotting and lighter/shorter than usual then YES you may be pregnant.
