Keep in mind that America is watching this question. For every change we make, our funding of your country is also changed.

The one thing that is most sorely lacking in US foreign policy is respect. Really, all that Europeans, Muslims, Chinese, Russians, and other want is to be treated with respect. Ignoring complaints and suggestions, insulting world leaders, etc. - that's no way for a leading nation to act. I think that even Iraq could have been supported by the world if the US didn't run roughshod over the UN and established protocol.

The one most important thing the US could do would be to abandon the idiotic policy of blindly and completely backing and supporting Israel in every aggression it commits. The US is the same country as Israel to many and the confusion is not unjustified.

existence lives on opposites and US is one in all that opposites. Its for their sake we the coming up countries attempt to maintain going forward. US has to end production palms and its international commerce. Its surplus shares and each R&D this is done for extra sophastication in weaponary that could create rivalary, battlefields and supermacy on one-yet another!

To be more ruthless to countries that support terrorist attacks on civilian targets. I think the world has learned that if the USA is attacked on our soil that much death and destruction is sure to follow.

One thing, and one thing only?
STOP SENDING BILLIONS AND BILLIONS AND BILLIONS TO ISREAL _ THEN STOP Sending foreign aid to other countries untill all our bills are paid here.
After all our bills are paid, the debt is retired, social security is fully funded, education is fully funded, medicare/medicaid is fully funded, etc., THEN and ONLY then can we send BILLIONS of dollars overseas in aid.

Stop the "Do what we say, or else" policy.
Along with this, we really need to do every single thing in our power to work things out diplomatically.
