yES, YES AND WON'T HURT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I think you are ok without no.3, but it never hurts to try natural things! Best wishes----- oh your ov. would still be around the middle of that month! So between 12 to 19 days after period! look for the clear discharge and if needed use a predictor!

Yes, your cycle length is normal, and I wish mine was more like it (I'm like 21 days, ugh), and I can't tell you when your ovulation is, because even in women with typical 28 day cycles, ovuation takes place at different times. So you can know your own cycle and have the best chance of becoming pregnant, go to your drugstore and buy an ovulation predictor kit...it will test your urine for hormones meaning you're ovulating, much like an hpt. But as a guess, your ovulation is PROBABLY around 16-18th day in the cycle. It is WONDERFUL that you're taking folic acid already! Many doctors recommend starting to prepare your body by eating and taking vitamins as though you're pregnant for as much as a year before trying to conceive. So you're doing great. As far as the third question goes, from the research I did (check the link below) it looks like that agnus castus causes a lack of sexual desire and potency, so I wouldn't recommend it if that's true. By vites, do you mean vitamins? If so, go for it...if not, I couldn't find what you were asking about, sorry. Best of luck!

Are you tracking your cycle? The reason I'm asking is if you know roughly when you get your period, you can look back and count 14 days back from the day your period began and that is approximately when you ovulated +/- 2-3 days. Meaning it could be 2-3 days before or after that day. So there would be your window of opportunity.

Yea for you for already taking your folic acid! That a wonderful thing!

I personally don't know alot about herbs so I can't advise one way or the other.

Good Luck on a healthy pregnancy!

on question number 1. I had 3 pregnancies in 2 months (2 ectopic, and also a baby in uterus with 2nd ectopic) My doctor told me that 14 days after first day of period was when we ovulate so to try like 2 days before the 14th day and @ 2 days after the 14th day. The start of your period is day 1.

#2 yes it is fine that you are taking the folic acid and doing everything to get your body ready to concive.

#3 i can't help you out here, have never heard of either one of these.

Good luck, hope some of this helped

#2 taking folic acid and prenatals 3 months before trying is an awesome idea and is recommended by every site and book i have read.
#3 not sure about this one.

also here are a couple of website that I visit often. They have great advice.

1. There is no way to determine when you are ovulating based just on your cycle length. You could be ovulating in the middle of your cycle, maybe not. Chart your fertility signs ( basal body temperature and cervical fluid/mucous) to determine when you ovulate.
Your cycle length is just fine.

2. Some doctors reccomend women of childbearing age take folic acid all the time. You're doing fine to start taking it now.

#1. You ovulate around 2 weeks/14 days before your period, so for you this would be anywhere from Day 18-Day 21. Try that whole week.

#2. It's actually suggested that you start folic acid before you try to get pregnant. I took it for 3 months before I started trying.

#3. Talk to your doctor before taking any of this stuff.

1.im not too sure about your ovulation times ect but you can buy a kit from the chemist to tell you when you are ovulating and there are ways to track your cycle via an online diary i'm sure.
2. You would be better to start takinga prenatal vitamin tablet every day , the type i have can be bought from a regular store or chemist, and they are for use, when trying to conceive, whislt pregnant and after preganncy when breastfeeding. they will give your body all you need to help you concieve.
3. sorry im not sure what these are but the best advice i can give you when trying to concieve, would be to try to remain as possitive as possible and try not to stress or "try too hard" as this will prevent pregnancy as you will be too stressed out.

good luck and i wish you the best of luck xx
