I have found that what I thought was rock bottom was just part of the way down. Take heart, however-if you are aware of the awfulness of the place you are in then you are still thinking and feeling-some people stop doing this. Go seek help from the best source and act on it-a great friend, family mentor, counsellor-don't delay.

Absolutely. It may humble you knowing you can't go any lower. Once you are on the bottom, you are truly free. Try not to stay too long, though.
