1) Why do most guys hate it if the girl is better than them in some way and then decide to break them down to make the girl look inferior to himself? 2) If they're like that, just wanting a slave, then why don't they just go to a brothel or their mothers instead? 3) If a guy is too out-of-touch to get a girl, then why does he even bother? If a relationship was based on lies that you told her to make her think that you were actually nice-which you probably aren't, if you had to ACT-then when she eventually sees through that, it'll just cause you more trouble than good. If you can't do it, then you probably don't deserve to, cause in reality, you are the very opposite of what a girl wants. 4) If it's the, "One girl for me" mentality, what's up with that? Can't she have her own life or do you just want a fantasy "4th Century Dream Girl Princess", who will "'accept' you, no matter what"? IT'S RETARDED! If you're even that possesive and 4th century, then you're better off not reproducing.

Not reproducing, for the sake of all humanity, of course, so nobody has to go out and ask questions like this...more often.

*sigh* Ooh, kay, this is going to be a fun question
1. just about EVERYONE hates to be with another person that is better than them. It's basic human nature. Ever read the book "Flowers for Algernon"? That might give some insight into that subject. people are jealous and end up hating people who are better, simply because they make them feel inferior. similarly, people end up liking people who are less smart than them because it can make them feel better about themselves. why do you think kids pick on others at school?
2. i honestly have no personal experience with type of thing, but my guess would b that people DON'T want slaves...they do want a person who is unfamiliar, maybe a different experience?
3. This seems to be how many relationships work: unless both partners are extremely truthful, they build up some lies around themselves until they have formed a bond strong enough with the opposite partner that they can start dropping the illusions and show the person their true selves
4. I'm not really sure.. i'd beleive it was natural male instinct, or hereditary instinct, to provide for others, to be the provider, the enabler, and now that females want their own lives (wow i sound sexist -_-' sorry!) and their own jobs, etc, they lose that role, and that makes them think about and question things they don't want to. therefore, they try to realign things theway they think they should be, with the girl being the vulnerable one, etc. i think i heard of an article in readers digest that was saying that when their partners show independence the brain sends a little signal "Warning! things out of place! you must fix!" and he does, which offends the female sometimes.. :(
Hope this helps!

Do you really want to understand guys better or just complain about how some guys behave?

1) Guys need to find that they have what it takes to make it in this world. They always ask themselves the question, "Do I have what it takes?" How many girls like a guy with no courage, no confidence, and no abilities? Guys are innately competitive. When younger, the competition is with everyone till the guy answer his question - either "No, I'm a wuss and I don't have what it takes" - these become the middle aged guys who's eyes show defeat. Or they find the answer, "Yes, I do have what it takes." Which would you prefer?

2) You don't understand guys. Read

3) Look up the word "persona" in the dictionary. Showing a persona is a game that is played by girls too - how many times have you heard of a girl who says she's a model - when the real truth is that her idea of a model is one who thought about trying to get a catalogue spot for Sears once. People (not just guys) put on a persona when they are not satisfied with who they are.

4)"One girl for me" mentality? I don't know where you are going with this. Possessive people, guys or girls, will ruin anyone's life if we let the other countrol our boundaries.

You've been dating the wrong guys. If someone treats you like that you should dump them.
