This is quite a LONG answer you are asking for. I highly doubt ANYONE is going to sit down and write out the goals of 24 presidents for only 10 points. I will select the first five and outline their goals and if you want more ask in more questions and I will do them five at a time. At least then I can earn 50 points for my efforts and knowledge. Fair enough?

Washington:
1. Get the country off to a safe and stable start
2. Pay off the Revolutionary War debt
3. Establish trade agreements with European nations
4. Organize the Supreme Court

Adams:
1. Iron out difficulties with England
2. Iron out difficulties with France
3. Fill the Supreme Court with as many Federalists as possible
4. Establish the relationship of the federal government to the state governments

Jefferson:
1. Explore the west
2. Purchase New Orleans (which led to the Louisiana Purchase)
3. Christianize and "whiten-up" the Native Americans living on American soil
4. Advance scientific knowledge throughout America
5. Patch up differences between the Republicans and the Federalists

Madison;
1. Resolve growing problems with England over the Orders in Council
2. Resume trade with other nations following Jefferson's disasterous Embargo Act
3. Extend citizenship and voting rights to newly arrived immigrants living in the Southwest (Mississipppi, Arkansas, Georgia)
4. Avoide war with England and France during the conflict raging in Europe with Napoleon

Monroe:
1. Patch up the nation following the War of 1812
2. Reestablish the Bank of the United States
3. Begin to work on internal improvements (railroads, canals, roads, bridges)
4. Clarify the foundatino of the now solo Democratic-Republican Party following the death of the Federalist party

And there you have the first five.

You mean the president have field goals like football and soccer players? I would say he needs really good field goal keeper if he is a soccer player, and a very good offense and defense teams and a darn good field goal kicker to have good field goal record if he is a football player. Good enough, yes?

Try their inaugural speeches and their State of the Union addresses.
