To overcome shyness, is to gain confidence, drama is a good start.
It means you have to take little steps, doing things which your shyness prevents you from doing, but which you want to do, as you take these little steps your confidence grows.
I used to be very shy, and was guided to confidence by a self-help course, and one of the first things I had to do was say Hello to someone I liked first (I had no problem answering hello), when I did it, I blushed, but the person said Hello back, so it didn't really matter.
I don't blush much at all now, but when I do it isn't a problem.

Do something nuts. I am a long-haired 6th form student who also has a bit of a confidence problem. Im going to try to overcome this by being sponsored on red nose day to have my hair cut short, dyed bleach-blonde, and going into school in a military uniform to impersonate Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance. Dont take my word for it yet, but i really think ill have much more confidence afterwards.

oh shyness? thats hard to overcome cause yeah i had to. here is what i did. when like someone asks a question directed to everyone try to answer it. or meet new people. say for instance someone is wearing this really cool shirt or something and you think its cool. go up to them and say like. "hey that is a pretty cool shirt where ya get it." and that is how conversations start. try like being more confident too. confidence helps alot! just look in a mirror and say like "i am so hot or i can do this." put yourself out there too. since you take drama try like acting funny or goofy when someone like say pokes you. just have fun with it and pretty soon your shyness will start to go away. but it takes some time and work. so have fun!

Confidence is a big factor, but you need to feel comfortable with the people around you and that requires communication visualise what you want to be and practise with family or close friends or if necessary alone, A thought reaps a action and a action reaps a Habit and a Habit reaps rewards , you'll get there just stay positive
Good luck and best wishes :)

I always pretend I am someone else for that moment. I was in drama in school and I knew deep down it was what I loved, but when it came to speaking up and acting in front of people I got so nervous. I just forced myself to get out there and did it and got a standing ovation(I had the lead role also) Shyness can hinder you, but only you can control yourself, just go for whatever you feel and trust me you will feel so good about yourself. Good Luck

Hey,
This is a good guide with a step-by-step method to get your hair back http://hairagain.toptips.org
Male hair loss is the most common type of hair loss. It's caused by increased sensitivity to male sex hormones (androgens) in certain parts of the scalp, and is passed on from generation to generation. There are many factors that can attribute to hair recession or massive hair fall. You can try to regain your full head of healthy hair by following natural methods: they are cheaper, they have no side effect and very often more effective than conventional one.
As said above an interesting guide you can follow to get your hair back and prevent future hair loss without dangerous chemicals and drugs, and without expensive supplements or painful hair transplants is available on this site: http://hairagain.toptips.org
Cheers ;)

Film yourself while acting out a skit. Make improvements at home.
