Not knowing the exact concept of your question, I can only say that.
"Your rights end where anothers begins." I know it's hard, but if you intend on doing some dirt to another, stop and place yourself in the other persons position. You may have the right, but can you handle the consequences?

No. Rights are protected in the "Bill of Rights" and by various statutes. Doing the wrong thing is too general and has no legal coverage.
