they just didnt reset the oil monitor like mentioned by someone else before me turn the key forward to the on position so all the dashlights light up then push the gas pedal all the way to the floor 3 times within 5 seconds waight for the light to blink and then turn the key off. Or if you have the controls on the steering wheel turn the key forward to on position and then press the little button on the lefgt bottom that looks like a gas pump until it says oil life on the dash then press the arrow on the other side and hold in until the light says reset.

while there's no water in pass which cools the engine, the engine will become quite heat and consequently the term is termed 'the engine is ceased', which potential the valves stop working. it quite is often called the "the top-gasket is blown". this sort in the beginning up there is lot of white smoke by using exhaust, while the water is punctiliously evaporated and ate up the engine is punctiliously ceased. you will get the top-gasket replaced, it quite is an prolonged and expensive technique i.e. taking the engine out, grind the valves, putting new head gasket, on an identical time as doing so, replace new plugs with different clips and cleats. the perfect and occasional-priced way is to purchase 0.5 reconditioned engine and get it replaced.

No, the oil type is not a factor, the oil level and pressue is (or they did not reset the light after maintenance). Take it back, it's probably a quick reset.

Read your owners manual. There is a procedure that you must perform to clear the light. If you don't have the manual go back to the shop that changed your oil and they will clear it for you.

It just has to be reset. You could call them and they can tell you how to. It comes on after so many miles.
