I took the choice to end an early pregnancy yesterday by taking the abortion pill yesterday, they told me it could start working anywhere from immediately after taking the pill to 72 hrs. i think i might have already miscarried this morning how can i be sure?

You should definately bleed and probably have some cramping.

How can you be sure? You will need to take a pregnancy test on Friday or Sat. Your levels would be down enought to know for sure by having a neg sign. If by chance it stil show possitive you will then need to see your doctor.
Increase your water and juice today and all week. Try to eat a banana or two, for potasium.

Do you mean the mornign after pill???? If you have taken it as prescribed, it will work as stated. Give it three days, wait an extra and go to the dollar store and grab a test and take it..... I have never heard of them not working unless you waited too long between the unprotected sex and the start of the pills.
