If it was late last month and the same this month you can have irregular periods which could mean instead of being on a 28 day cycle you are a 31 day cycle. If you have had no sexual contact then i would monitor the lateness of 3-4 months then see a nurse at your Gp's. A way to regulate your periods would be to go onto the pill but look into side effects etc first

Yes & No.
If you had sex you probably should see a doctor.
This might be normal, your body is constantly changing, you do different things more excercise or less, you sleep less, or have more stress, eat different foods than normaly etc...
Or this could be an infection or something worse.
Don't stress over it, it will just make you feel worse. See a doctor, even if you are under 18. Ask your mom to go with you, but if she doesn't think you should ( I know how moms are) ask a friend, you don't need parental permission (I think in most states).
Good luck

that's incredibly difficulty-loose extremely. For the 1st few years of a females era its widely used for it to be staggering. and then once you upload excersize into the equation that threat doubles. each and everything can impact your era, from excersize to somking to changing your eating behavior. in case you arent having intercourse and it hasnt come yet, dont rigidity. Plus, the 4 day element is widely used. My suited buddy (who's 20) has continually had one for 3 days, and its VERY gentle. evaluate your self fortunate. Mine final for generally 7-8 days.

Diet, exercise and a change in sleeping patterns can throw off your period.
When did you get your period? If you got it when you were 17-19 you are fine. Yet if you got it when you were younger you should go to your doctor. you want to make sure that nothing is wrong.

Dont worry until you get at least 8 days late. At that point get a test at a drug store and make sure so you will have time to decide which way to go next. --- never tell a man until you have taken the at home thing.

Call your ob/gyn and get an appointment for a physical to rule out any problems, otherwise I think it's going to be okay.

See your doctor. Stress, change in diet, change in exercise, age, and hormones all need to be evaluted if not sexually active.
