take her to a nice resturant with candle light , make it just like any other date.you can even ask her parents to be there and then get on one knee and ask her to be your wife tell her that your life is noting with out her and when she is not around all you can think about is her and when she smiles she make you world alright and when you touch her that your heart skips a beat.
