Work on a fishing boat in Alaska for a year. You will make a ton of cash. But you'll have to work your *** off and there is some danger involved. Good luck!

I have a question for your question. You say you are adventurous, but have been in the same dead end job for 10 years. Just being truthful here, but that sounds like an oxymoron.
I interview a lot of people and it sounds like you are in the middle of a major change of life and you would like to change your job as well as other things.
This is what I would advise you to do. The three most stressful times in someones life: 1-The death of a loved one, 2-move of a home, 3-change of jobs. You are willingly putting yourself into 2 and 3 a the same time, which begs the obvious question to everyone on this board "are you in a midlife crisis?". Yes that is probably old and outdated lingo, but the question is there.
Take a skills inventory and see if your skills are transferable to another type of job. Consider a career that will have you travel vs. move. Or go back to school get a certification, like your PMP (Project Management Professional) which is transferable education to multiple jobs.
In the end recognize that it may take longer to move up a new ladder. But congratulations on discovering a new life and being more creative than getting a Corvette.

What are you interested in doing? Yacht brokers make great money but it is a seasonal job unless you move to Florida. Car sales are good in California. I would say if you have good credit and could buy a house, flip it. that is what a lot of people are doing and making money in 6 to 8 weeks before the loan is due or the first payment is due.

Network marketing or real estate if your sales skills are good. The Karmic answer: Do what you love and the money will follow. You already possess everything you need to do what you want to do inside you, not outside you. Adventurous, how about taking treks, groups hiking in the mountains?

I recommend starting a home business. If you really put your mind to it, you could be earning enough in one year's time to really follow your dreams. It's something you can build while still working and you might be surprised at the income you can earn. In the company that I am with, incomes of $20k/mo within a year are definately not unusual.
It's a lot of fun and allows me to follow my passion....travel!
It gives the ordinary person an opportunity to earn extraordinary income!

You can make $30-60 a day in few hrs just for fun. You don't have to setup a website or fee to start. I'm lazy not every active everyday and still make money in a free time. It was really exciting, when I saw my first pay in the mail around $391.50. Hey, you can try just for fun.

You could do weddings ( Photography ). In the past I have brought in over 2,500 per week. Yes it's hard but fun too. ( Stress goes along with it) If I just do one wedding a week I bring home 900 per week. Look into it.

you could sell heroin. Or you could sell drugs if you really need it. Otherwise go to college and actually work at getting a legit and profitable job. If your smart then you can easily pull this off.
