Gerald is an unpolished talent. In a dunk contest all you need is talent. He would be a much better player if he were at Oklahoma State for 2 years and then came to Boston. He has the potential to be a Kobe Bryant

Gerald Green= the most underated player in the NBA. He is awesome. If you don't agree why did he win the slam dunk contest. Oh, yeah also find videos of him swishing threes.

EDIT: Actually, the slam dunk contest wasn't that good but, michael jordan and all of the other judges gave him a 10.

Gerald Green made a good one for the slam dunk contest while Nate Robinson had disqualified.

I disagree. The Boston Celtics had a franchise record 18 game losing streak. Dunking means nothing in terms of winning games.

i do agree, im from california. i really wanted my team, the warriors, to draft green a few years back. he has tremendous athleticism, but i dont know about his shooting yet, still needs work. but just to let you know, dwight howard got shafted in the dunk contest. he should have been in the finals against gerald.

Lots of potential, he's very athletic and a great leaper which contributes to his rebounding, dunking and blocking. His shot is getting there and he's made a good amount of threes for a power forward this year.

The people in ?????? don't think any different. After what I saw last night in the dunk contest, I can see why you think he is freakin awsome. If he can start helping his team win more, I can say he is better.

I agree and I'm a Pistons fan. His dunks weren't the absolute best I've ever seen, but they were impressive and at least he was creative. He's very talented and the only bright spot in the Celtics pitiful season.

I live in Houston where he went to school and he will not pan out anywhere but the slam dunk champion of 2007.
