I am so scared!!!!! All my friends have started but I have not.

no, that is not a sign of your going to start your period, it just shows that your sleeping scheldue is not regular.
you shouldnt be scared that your friends have started and you havent, everyone starts at a different age, and there is no set age of when you will get your period. talk to your mother, grandmother and aunts to see when they started and maybe that can help you estimate when you are going start.
some symptons that you are going to start is
more discharge then usual
your eating habits have changed
you feel more fatigued
and you might have some mood swings,
dont feel bad that you havent started your period yet, some girls dont start until there 16 or 17.
enjoy it while it lasts

hi so did started mine i dont worry but i just started with cramps u can guess im one year older than you and i was worried too so ask your mom or one of your friends. take a pad to school or in your back pack for protection i dont know if this will be nessesary But i tried :)

don't worry you can tell your mom about it and ask her for ideas and my started when i was 11 years old

talk 2 your mom........when you sleep has nothing 2 do with your period.......you'd have 2 be an idiot 2 believe that.......(no offense)
