Just because someones life may seem great to you, doesn't mean it actually is.
Everyone has trials and tribulations to deal with, but they are all different. Nobody's life is the same as someone else's.
Look at those "happy movie stars" you are talking about. How many of them can't even hold down their end of a personal relationship? How many times have they been married or divorced? How many of them have bad family relationships? How many of them have real drug related issues in their lives?
Nobody ever said life would be easy. The things that are hardest for us to attain end up being the most appreciated. Our trials make us strong.

Nobody has a perfect life, not even the "happy" movie stars. Don't forget they're actors. Some people have a better support system. I think how you're raised plays a huge part in coping with the ups and downs of life.

Life is a matter of perception, I believe. When others lives look good to you they may perceive it as being terrible. I.E. Life is always greener on the other side fo the fence. I know that for myself I feel that my life is at times difficult or even terrible, yet I look at others lives and realize that they have it much worse than I do. Again perception, they probably think I have a great life. I think it helps to focus on the positive aspects, rather than the negative, and realize that nobody has a perfect life. :))

Do you really think they are happy when they spend so much time doing drugs and getting divorced?
If you are to envy anyone you should envy the selfless and devoted people as I do. They are the only truly happy people. You can just tell. I want to be like those people. To hell with the rich bombshells.

With the movie stars, they have to put on a front for the media.. You really do not know what is really going on with them off camera. Look at the drug abuse, etc that goes on with many of them... I don't really believe they are THAT happy....

Because the people with a hard life get a better rewarding life later. So just wait for it. It should come.

one thing i know for sure is that the happiest people are the people who have a happier outlook on life. they "always look at the bright side of their lives". people who are unhappy, are too busy wanting other peoples happiness, that they don't realize what they have to be happy about. or what they can do to make themselves happy. my stepsister has cerebral palsy, her brain is just as normal as your or mine, but her body is what makes her different. yet she is one of the happiest people I know.
here's a tip : your thoughts are your greatest ally, if you can keep your thoughts happy, and stop dwelling on the bad in your life, happiness will come to you.

The grass always seems greaner on the other side. However, most times, it never is. Your problems seem big to you because you are experiencing them..all of them. You never know what truly goes on in another person's life. Only what they divulge... and believe me we all have issues only we know about.
