i have to write a report about a famous person of this time... and i don't noe who???????? So if you can name a famous interesting person, that would be great =)

First of all.. .NOT Oprah Winfrey..who is merely famous for being famous..not actually doing anything except talking to celebrities..yeah, that's a help to society..
Anyway, why don't you do your report on someone who made a difference in the world? Like, Martin Luther King Jr., or Terry Fox (ran across Canada when he had lost one leg to cancer, raised hundreds of millions of dollars for cancer research, runs all over Canada every year in his honour..tons of info on him on the 'net), Bill Gates, Stephen King, Clive Barker (famous horror writer of books and screenplays, also painter), Andy Warhol, Steven Speilberg, there are so many..but, please, do it on someone who has made contributions, someone you can learn something from, not someone who merely interviews celebrities for a living.

That's hard to answer without knowing what your interests are! Do you have a favorite writer? A favorite actor or performer from the past? Is there some historical figure that you especially admire? A famour scientist or doctor? Can your subject be a living person? And how famous does he or she have to be? If LOCALLY famous is enough, especially if you're from another part of the country from where you live now, could you write about someone famous in your home area?

If you want to do something really in depth and fun, I would stay away from the Anna Nicole thing or any new Holywood stars and would go for something a lot of people don't know....like Al Gore, or someone like Bono from U2, someone who's out there trying to make a difference, whether you agree with them or not
