How do I open docs that I obtained online?

Question

When I save an email for instance, is it possible for me to open them when I am not connected to the web? Please have answers in easy-to-follow-text as I am not the most enlightened silver surfer here. Many thanks

You would have to download them from the mail server. On the link to the file, simply right-click and save file as, and select where you want the file saved.

If it's a file that opens in the browser window, though, you can bookmark it and choose to make it available offline.
