Ban all religions. Ban killing animals for sport. Ban smoking. Ban chavs. Ban stupid people (that is those that have brains but don't use them). Ban hydrogenated vegetable oils. Ban nuclear weapons. Ban guns. Ban money.
I'd also make the driving test MUCH harder so that people who can't drive stay off the bloody roads.
And I'd make Mark Ruffalo want to be my husband xxx

I would allocate money to eliminate the hunger problem in the world, to provide water wells in Africa, and money to the working people and their families in America (the ones who support this country), and many, many more deserving causes and folks.

All the sick have medical attention.
All the world's wealth be shared equally
All weapons of destruction be destroyed!
All Addicts given medical rather than criminal detention

I'd make someone publish my darn book already. Then I'd spread the wealth so that everyone had the same amount to start off with. What they do with it after that is up to them.
