I live in Peoria, Il and I just wanted to know if anyone knew a place where they dont do credit checks..
And I dont want a prepaid, Im looking for a family plan

Without a prepaid plan they are going to check your credit. There is no way around it.

If you have "Cricket" cell phones where you live, they do not do a credit check. It costs about $50 per month--but that includes unlimited, any time, local and long distance minutes.
Other than that, you may need to buy a pre-paid cell, and keep buying the cards to keep minutes on them.

They will normally run a check, but even if your report comes back negative, there are places who will still sign you up if you give them a cash deposit. The amount of the deposit would depend upon the results of your check and the plan you wanted.
Call around and ask. Don't be afraid to tell them your concerns up front.

well like in our country there use to gray market, where u can but cell phones without bills. But one danger is u won't get any warranty on those cells and some times u can even get a cell with duplicate parts....
