Some black spots appeared in the screen after the cleaning.

Is there a way for these black spots to disappear?

The black spots look like the spots that appear when someone presses the screen of a small calculator. The difference is that in my tft screen the spots are permanent :)

I doubt if the seller of your monitor would give you a replacement as it was a damaged caused by you.
If I were you, I would read the manual and see if there is a button on the monitor that says reset like the normal CRT monitors.
We used to do the same kinda cranky things to our CRT Monitors with magnets and the reset option in the Menu button used to fix it.
Try it and I pray it would help.

Only try this if you think the monitor is ruined and you have no warrantee. Try applying a little heat with a hair dryer at least 2 inches away. It Might work but be prepared to pull it away quickly.
