Get a white dress shirt (with a collar). Then if you have a orange/red stripped tie, put that on. Get a greyish sweater with no writing on it. Then get a black sheet to use as a cape. You can probably buy an iron-on hogwarts or griffendor label. Or you can just print one out or draw one and tape or pin it to the cape. Get a stick or branch or a piece of wood and use it as a wand. Probably crimp the hair. Maybe carry around a light book.
