Definitely next to her son....I dunno what the hell her mother is thinking trying to get the body brought back to Texas. I just don't see what the big deal is -- it was in the news that Anna's "hometown" isn't necessarily proud of what became of her, and I doubt Vergie (her mom) would benefit much from people visiting the grave.
Why not just grant her that one wish and let her rest next to the son she loved more than anyone?

I believe that she should be buried next to her son..common ppl its obvious that she loved her son dearly. He was the only important thing in her life. When he died, she decided to bury him in bahamas so she could be close to him coz that's where she decided to stay. And now that she's dead its obvious that she would want to close to daniel. I dont even understand why the hell is judge taking this long to see this logic. I dont care abt Stern, but this decision of burial is common sense. And as far as her mother is concerned, that ***** is def. after money. She didn't give a **** when she was alive and now all of a sudden she pops out of nowhere and claims her body and the kid. Who ever heard of Vergie before Anna's death? NO ONE!!

Here's the problem. It has been well documented that since about 1995 ANS has been on drugs. The mother just wants rights ,so she can get out of the trailer park...but stern has cleverly covered his bases so he gets paid either way...
